Info: This sumptuous package offers an excellent 'sampler' of the series of Gregorian Chant recordings made at the Abbey of Solesmes (near Le Mans) between 1952 And 1978. But it also does more than that by including many hitherto unreleased tracks And a whole 'bonus' CD of organ music played by the great Gaston Litaize on the occasion of the inauguration of the Abbey's new organ in 1967. Altogether a wonderful release v And for many all the Gregorian Chant they will ever need in one beautiful box.
