In a career that has spanned two decades Simon Alpin has earned a reputation as one of Britain's premier musicians. He has played with the likes of Teenage Fanclub Willard Grant Conspiracy Badly Drawn Boy and more recently Devendra Banhart and The Last Town Chorus. Meanwhile his production skills - honed under the tutelage of Dave Stewart at the former Eurythmics frontman's north London studios - have found him in constant demand for a host of projects including the aforementioned Willard Grant Conspiracy's critically acclaimed Regard The End LP (Alpin also co-wrote many of that album's key tracks) and Danny Wilson's Famous Mad Mile
