Details:
This is Tetsu Inoue's third solo album, originally released on Pete Namlook's Fax Records, now reissued on the AW (Ambient World) label. Typical Tetsu Inoue style can also be found on this album but less monochrome and minimalistic. Six brilliant environmental chill out tracks will hold you in your armchair, sofa or whatever for an hour and three minutes. 'Slow and Low' completes Inoue's early Fax Records solo trilogy, an ethereal gently-grinding ambient milestone. Owing as much to musique concrète as it does to field recording or analog ambient, this album takes the longest to fully appreciate and yet it delivers the biggest deep listening payoff possibly of the whole trilogy.
