Info: The New York-born St Louis-raised bluesman Doug MacLeod has released a string of great studio recordings during his career but the real magic comes out during his shows And that's why his Dutch label Black & Tan decided to record one of Doug's live performances. Doug has just completed a 13-date tour of the UK (March 2007) including a session for the Paul Jones Blues Show on BBC Radio 2 which was broadcast on 29th March. Besides being a great songwriter And guitarist Doug is also a very gifted storyteller. He's one of the few who had the opportunity to hang out with And learn from a lot of the great bluesmen during his musical life. Besides more then 95 minutes of live concert video you will also find an interview that will give great insight into Doug's life. You'll discover what the Blues means to Doug And what the music did for him. Also included on this DVD are lots of other interesting biographical bits And pieces including old pictures stories And more. Total playing time almost 3 hours
