Details: A new studio album from the respected West Coast blues guitarist And singer/songwriter Doug MacLeod. Dubb÷ is the name George Harmonica Smith calls him And the album all written by Doug is a musical anthology of his influences over the years. MacLeod born in '46 honed his skills as a sideman for blues greats like Big Joe Turner Eddie "Cleanhead" Vinson Pee Wee Crayton Charles Brown & George Harmonica Smith. His songs have been recorded by Albert King Albert Collins & Son Seals. MacLeod has recorded regularly for a variety of independent labels And his 1984 album No Road Back Home÷ was nominated for a W. C. Handy Award.
