From the prolifically musical Neal clan from Baton Rouge, Kenny (son of singer/harmonica player Raful Neal) learnt at the feet of such legends as Lazy Lester, Slim Harpo & Buddy Guy. Kenny made his name with some acclaimed releases on Alligator records playing his own brand of funky swamp blues. This is a welcome return after a spell of ill-health. In true family tradition the band includes two of Kenny's brothers and his son as well as guest Lucky Peterson on the piano/organ .
