SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped every working day.
Within the UK orders are shipped "1st Class" unless the customer specifys another method.
Orders outside of the UK with a weight limit up to 2 kilo are shipped "Air Mail Small Packet".
Most items will display the shipping costs on the cart.
Orders for larger box sets & items that cross formats will be weighed and the best shipping method chosen before we charge for the order.
For these orders customers will recieve an email showing the shipping costs & method chosen for the order.
If you want to specify a particular shipping method use the message box on the checkout page.
RETURNS:
Faulty items will be replaced or a full refund including shipping costs will be made upon request.
Items lost in transit will be replaced or a full refund will be offered after the shipping agent has confirmed the item was not delivered. |
