The five original vinyl volumes of The Ace Story were among the best (and best received) vinyl albums of this Aces formative years. Given their significance both historical and musical were delighted to announce that, over the next couple of years, well be welcoming them back into our catalogue at regular intervals. Johnny Vincent’s Ace label was the jumping-off point for our own efforts to preserve rocknroll and RandB history. Johnny was among the first to license repertoire to us, more than 30 years ago, and its a pleasure to bring a selection of his fabulous New Orleans- produced good-time music back home. Each volume will contain the original vinyl Ace Story compilation, expanded to 24 tracks.
