The Zagreb Philharmonic under the direction of the legendary conductor Lovro von Matacic, with the renowned Wagnerian soprano Roberta Knie. The programme features the Overture to Rienzi, Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde, and Siegfried’s Rhine Journey & Funeral Music, as well as Brünnhilde’s Immolation Scene from Götterdämmerung. Recorded live at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, Zagreb (1977).
